If anyone wants to try the boot time utility, grab it here:
BootTimer.zip - File Shared from Box.net - Free Online File Storage
Works just like the reboot timer.
Maybe make a new thread with results.

Clean, tested at https://www.virustotal.com/
Scan results:https://www.virustotal.com/analisis/e01a961204d1b4b676f8a89293dcf802

for some reason it isn't working for me...when i open the file, it lets me know that the computer needs to restart, and after it restarts, it doesn't give me the reboot time or any other windows

it just restarts the computer

That's strange. What hardware and AV you running? You dual booting? Try on Vista or XP.
I'm in MD too. I'll come over to you house and fix it :geek:

Running ESET Smart Security. Not dual booting. It's not a big deal. The other reboot time works fine.

Is that shortly after starting up or after you have been working on your computer a while?

The utility told me to reboot so I did and that's what came up after it had done its measurements

Right, but I mean did you start the reboot shortly after first booting up or had you worked on your PC for an extended time before running the script?
