ahah yeah, i have 2 SSD and 2 Usb External storage needed to boot my programs , extra loading time. but i was able to cut down almost half by disabling 1 ssd and unplugging the 2 Usb HDD. getting a 70s boot time

That's a long re-boot for a SSD (70sec), half that would be long.

What SSD do you have?
Have you checked the alignment and the firmware, easy way is to open AS SSD benchmark (you don't have to run the benchmark), the info is in the top left corner.
Red font is bad.

Thanks. I removed the password, turn on automatic logon, unchecked all of the unnecessary startups (including AV) and non-microsoft services and run only the drivers. For normal usage, it's around 20 seconds after I click the power button and around 27 seconds for restart.
