Thanks, that was a windowblinds theme I had and your time isn't that bad either.

considering i made no changes to the startup items and had a 13 letter password with Capitals . and is a laptop that already has let me down...

Had mine down to 57 seconds by shutting off a few things.. but added a few back.. new time is now 62 seconds as well..

booted back to desktop all programs i use loaded I'm happy with that

87 seconds I get but I only have 2gb ram right now so with some other tweaks to I think I can gain 10-20 seconds.

2gb is in another PC at the moment just waiting for some new ram. Clocks are high it's 400mhz to 564MHZ = 1100Mhz(Roughly) from 800Mhz
