Can the Master File Table (MFT) for a hard disk be rebuilt? Check Disk reports the MFT
and it's mirror image are corrupted. This is a 2 TB disk that has Windows 7 System disk BACKUP on it and over 100 Windows Media Center TV hour programs on it. I checked with Microsoft TechNet and they said the only thing I could is reformat the Disk.
