Solved Receiving an error message during shut down.

Lately when I shut down my Toshiba Satellite laptop running Windows 7 Home Premium (x64) I am receiving the following error message. Does anyone have an idea what this means and how to fix it?

STEP3_then delete Setpoint.exe

OK. After running the repair, one error went away, but three more showed up for Notepad++. There doesn't seem to be an issue with it, yet, though. And, the shut down error message appears to have gone away. I'll keep track of it and report back if it reappears in the near future.
