Recently built my computer, have a few BSOD

I'm running Windows 8.1 64 bit, I've had "irql_not_less_or_equal" BSOD and "paged fault in nonpaged area" BSOD.

Specs-
Motherboard- ASUS MAXIMUS VI HERO LGA 1150 Intel
CPU- Intel Core i5-4570 Haswell Quad-Core 3.2GHz
Ram- G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3
Graphics- PNY VCGGTX650T1XPB GeForce GTX 650 Ti

also! I have "bad pool header" BSOD ... it's blue screening about every 30 minutes i would appreciate any help very very much

I got rid of AVG, but I'm still bluescreening like crazy. I still have the IQRL_not_less_or_equal and a few others that are just numbers help me pease, I can't get any schoolwork done!

It seems I have more problems then before with BSOD there are so many I can't keep track of what is going on. Thank you for your help so far! I wish i could just stop this BSOD business altogether

RAM - run a minimum of 8 consecutive passes
