Recoccuring bsod! .DMP included DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

So lately my computer has been blue screening randomly. Sometimes it wont do it for a few days, other times it will do it multiple times in a row within minutes of each other. I reinstalled windows but that didn't change anything so I think it may be a hardware issue. The message varies, but the most frequent would be the driver IRQL not less or equal message. Thanks in advance for any information you guys can give me .

DAEMON Tools is known to BSOD windows, might want to uninstall that while troubleshooting.

And the nightmare continues :/ Heres my most recent dump. Updated realtek drivers to 2012 but the problem persists. I know daemon tools isn't the issue as I Uninstalled it completely before but it still crashed, same with u torrent.

So I made sure I got the right driver this time and it still crashed . Here's the latest DMP
So I crashed and the thing literally told me the issue was rtl blah blahs error so I'm gonna try uninstalling it and using something else for internet, Ill see how that goes

Run this tool and delete anything it finds:
→ Anti-rootkit utility TDSSKiller

tds killer didn't find anything :/ I also crashed again after I removed that driver but it didn't give me a dmp so I guess ill just wait for it to happen again.
