recorded a youtube video of WMC badly glitching

I have been battling this for a long time on this PC. I have 2 HTPC, one works great, other does this, same antenna.
Tried x1300 and HD2600 video cards.
Eventually this glitch will appear, sometimes hours, sometimes minutes after starting WMC.
Both sound and video are affected.
Only fix is close WMC and restart.

Hardware is
Pentium 4 , 478 CPU 3.2 ghz Prescott clocked up to 3.66 ghz and system stable. (set to normal speed does not help)
ATI Wonder HDTV PCI card
HD 2600 PRO video AGPcard
OS Windows 7
MSI motherboard ms 7104 v2 PCI slots are version 2.2

The tuner works fine in a core2duo system with the same coax cable.

Any ideas on what is happening? PC can play Netflix fine.

I pulled the wonder HDTV card.
I installed an Asus MyCinema PCI card.

Problem is gone now for several days of use.
