I recently purchased an InfiniTV6 ETH for my network. It works and I'm happy with it.

Question on Windows Media Center functionality. Obviously, my computer and WMC cannot record when my computer is off. Can it record if my computer is in Sleep mode? My computer makes too much noise to have on, constantly and I can't sleep w/ the noise, but I still want to use it for recording purposes.

The computer must be on (running) to record. If asleep, it would need to awaken to record.

Is there anyway to automate a wake?

I believe it will wake up automatically if you have it set to record a specific show.

Have you tried it yet?

For Off mode it doesn't work. For Sleep, I have no idea. I generally don't put my computer to sleep, I turn it off.

You asked about sleep. I thought that is what you were doing.

I"m asking if it would work (WMC recording while computer is in Sleep Mode), and if not by default, then what setting(s) I'd have to change to make it work, if at all possible.
