How to recover deleted data from an deleted user?
Hi Guys,

Please help

I had an old user account which was corrupted, So I deleted that however forgotten to keep the files...... Is there any way I can get my old data back??

Using Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit

File Recovery Programs

You can get programs which will attempt to recover your deleted files.

This is made by the guys who make CCleaner.

I haven't tried Recuva, I use a program called Pandora Recovery.
If you haven't added too many files or defragged your HDD, you might be able to get most of your files back. Good Luck!
