So I'm trying to connect to these network drives, and no matter how many times I click on "Remember my credentials." it asks me for my password again every time I turn the computer off and back on. Some times it asks me for my credentials a second time if I am accessing the network drives through a program instead of windows explorer.

Had the same thing try this: Went to Networking & Sharing Center then to See full map get the name of computer, then go to Control Panel then to Credential Manager removed old credentials (windows had JERRY-PC/DESKTOP) Then click on add windows credentials put in computers name as seen in Full Map & user name & password.
Hope this helps Jerry

Try mapping the drive(s) while setting it to remember credentials and to also reconnect at bootup.

Then when done, immediately reboot so settings stick.
