I have a customer whose workstation was just upgraded to Windows 7 pro 64 bit. The PC is part of a SBS 2011 domain. I cannot connect to it via RDC from another PC on the network. I have checked that RDC is allowed through the firewall. Turned off and unloaded the Trend Micro Worry Free Business Security, no help. I enabled "fDenyTSConnections" in the registry. "Allow connections from computers running any version of Remote Desktop" is selected although changing this is greyed out presumably due to an SBS 2011 policy. What am I missing?

Welcome to the Seven Forums.

Does the computer respond to Pings?

Can you RDC/RDP to it using its IP address?

What do you see on your end when RDC/RDP fails?
