Installing the integration software seems to cripple\disable (not able to connect) normal Remote Desktop Connection operation, has any found a way to enable it?

Hmm...I haven't noticed anything strange about that. Have you indeed confirmed that Virtual PC is causing the issue?

It disables Remote Desktop in the virtual machine, not the host. I know that's basically what the integration mode uses. But I want to be able to remotely connect to virtual client.

Binarywolf, the "Integration Features" is running on top Remote Desktop Protocol (with several other services to allow application virtualization). If you have Integration Features enabled, it is natural to not able to connect through RDP to your VirtualXP. IIRC, the number of incoming RDP connection allowed for client OS is 1 and for a server OS is as many as terminal server ACL license for any given time, but I could be wrong...

Still won't let me connect with Integration Features disabled, and I already considered the 1 connection limit, I tried enabling concurrent sessions and I still am not able to connect to my virtual machine.

I had to enable the firewall port exception for remote desktop in the virtual PC client.
