remove add/delete button from Internet Explorer

Hun.....How to remove add/delete button from Internet Explorer.I think that you'll have to change the kind of laptop/PC that you're using because some newer laptops have this option,I suppose or probably I'm wrong at this moment but I 'm sure they do have what you need in DELL/ACER,etc.
