Remove all startup apps for XP Mode

Is there a way to remove all startup apps that usually go in the taskbar, liek the security thing, so that it doesnt show up in my win7 taskbar wen i run a remote app.

you can set at your win xp, and going to cmd prompt type msconfig and at the startup tab. uncheck that's you not want to run it.

What service is the take a tour of Windows XP? Thats the only one left that I cant find.
