The lenovo power manager left some pieces behind:

Does anyone know how to remove those items from the left side bar? Thank you.

welcome to the forums a1manarme!

Let me say this before I say anything else, I am NOT a fan of registry cleaners. I do not trust them BUT of the registry cleaners out there the safest and least intrusive by far is the one built into Ccleaner. I would recommend you try running that to see if it helps. You can also check out Revo uninstaller as it will clean up this kind of thing as it uninstalls.

Or you can just follow the path's and delete them manually.

I tried ccleaner, no joy. I was hoping someone knew of a specific registry key or something that has that list in it, where I could remove the bottom 2? Thanks for your response

Have you had a look in your C drive to see if those items are in C:\Program Files(x86)\ThinkPad\Utilities\PWIV. If they are you might be able to delete them.
