remove tooltips when hovering over start button and pinned icons

hi is there a way to remover or at least a reg hack to remove tooltips over start button and pinned icons. ive already unchecked show pop-ups in the folder options and also set the show info registry entry to 0 but still hovering mouse over start button it shows the tooltip start and also explorer shows tooltip is there a way to remove just the taskbar tooltips or setting the time in the registry like to set it real high so i would never see them. vista was the same way tried everything to fix but still didn't work thanks

i applied that registry hack and rebooted but still there hers a pic

i was hoping windows 7 would be different ive battled on vista and never could get them removed anymore suggestions im game as i have made back images and could be back -up and running in no time so if you now of anymore things i could try thanks

yeah ive tried that when i was on vista again that im 7 but still no luck ive been told its in the registration under userpreferancemask so its almost hard coded into windows
