Solved Remove xp completly using win7....?

Did you boot from the USB, or did the install from within windows? Odd that you couldn't delete it.

Go to disk management, right click on E partition and delete or format. When it's done, extend the C partition into the unallocated space.

If you would look at the snip, C: is a Primary and E: is an Extended/Logical, a Primary can't be extended into Extended space using Windows disk management.
