Repair your computer option not working (restoring factory backup)

Multiple boot options?

Back when I was still getting rammdisk options ans memory diagnostic on boot instead of going straight to windows...

All is working fine now except the fact that recover to factory settings is gone?

hello, i was reading the thread about recovery fix
my repair windows button didnt appear, but i tried a few fixed of what you replied on this post, managed to reach a place where windows repair starts, and gives a bluescreen with cpde: 0x000000ED

also i attached the bcd file i found in the recovery partition. the laptop is dell studio 1575. windows 7 on it, want to factory reset it as it is for a relative of mine and wants it wiped clean.
