YesIs there a way to change the color hot-track effect?
I told you in this thread http://www.sevenforums.com/customization/133396-language-bar-color.html it's in the aero.msstyle & can be changed. Will that also fixed the language bar highlight blue?
What is this got do with the mouseover blue highlight on menu bar and language bar. I just wanted to be disable. Simple. I'm NOT using custom themes. I'm using the Aero themes.YesIs there a way to change the color hot-track effect?

If you are using the default aero theme I can change that.
If you are using a custom theme you will need to ask the
theme maker. It's not cool to change someone else work.

You will need to do 1 of these 2 ways of Enabling custom themes

Those 2 themes will NOT help me. I'm talking about about when I put my mouse over the restore, minimize button and language bar, I get a blue highlight.
Its already enable. Still no luck. The scrollbar is the same color. This is callede a hot-track effect. I want to change to another color. Those 2 themes will NOT help me. I'm talking about about when I put my mouse over the restore, minimize button and language bar, I get a blue highlight.
The only way you are going to change the blue highlight for the mouse over on the restore, minimize button and language bar is to edit the aero.msstyle in C:\Windows\Resources\Themes\Aero . Then that makes it a unsigned theme & windows will not use it thats way you would need to do one of the two ways of enabling custom themes.
You can use Ave's Windows7 Style Builder or Restorator - Bome Software - Restorator - the resource editor for customization, localization, and translation. + Photoshop or Gimp or Paint to edit the aero.msstyle
