Restore OS & all program back to drive C

Dear All,
Since wrong press F11(Recovery) which caused cannot boot up the Windows, but whole OS and all application program moved to Drive D (Type dir d: can browsed at command prompt under System Recovery Option)
Would like to know how can I backup whole partition(Drive D:-Windows, All application programs & working data) and can restore back to Drive C ?

We always assume you have made your Recovery Disks using the OEM manufacturer's Recovery Media Creator app the first day you had your new PC.
& made the Startup Repair CD.

Yes, I've 3 original HP Recovery Disc, however, the information seems for notebook only, does it also can use on desktop machine ?

Yes, it is base info for HP/Compaq PC's.
You can check your model on the HP/Compaq website.

HP/Compaq Recovery will restore to the first day you had your new PC.
Make sure you backup your personal data.
