Restore points are disappearing every time I reboot, need help

Hi, everyone
Recently, I got my pc cleaned from virus/malware, but now is in good/health shape..
When I create system restore point, it's succeed, but every time I reboot or turn off computer, my restore point is missing.. and I'm newbie about computer

can you please help me?

I'm using windows 7 home premium 64bit, I don't have installation disc because it come bundled with Gateway, what I have is only restore to factory setting DVD.
I don't use dual booting, only one system..

I've tried some instructions that I found from other threads and tutorial from this site, still got no luck..
Since I still got no solution so far, and maybe there's something wrong with this post (or maybe there's something doesn't follow rules etc) so there's no one volunteered to help. So I think I'll just closed this thread..

I'm sorry about such a late reply to your question.

Do you happen to dual boot with XP?

You might also check to see how much disk space you have set to be used by restore points. If it's set to low, then your restore points may be getting deleted to make room for a newer one.

You might also do a full scan with Malwarebytes free just to help make sure that your system is still clean to be safe.
