Restricting a laptop to one network

Hi peeps, let me explain. I have a laptop among my other computers and Ive recently had my son take it out of the house to him mums who decided to keep it for a month

Anyhoo, ive been looking through the admin settings on it and wonder if theres a way to lock it so it will only ever connect to my wireless network. nobody but me has access to the administrator account, they are all standard users.

Its a windows 7 laptop by samsung, model NP-r519

What version of Windows are you running? And do you want to exclude the network card?

Sorry I should have been clearer. Its windows 7 professional. The wifi is built into the laptop. I use a Belkin gateway at home to connect to the net.

Id just like to prevent any of the standard accounts connecting to any other wireless network or via an ethernet cable other than my home network. So if it gets taken away from my house they wont be able to get it onto the network without doing a reinstall or getting my admin pass

the admin account already has a password, I want to prevent the standard accounts from connecting to any other router or wifi connection except my home one.
