Resume from hibernate/sleep is slow

I've got an issue with my HTPC taking something like 5 mins to resume from sleep or hibernation. Cold boot is much faster, maybe 3 mins tops, but probably less. I've tried using the windows performance recorder and analyzer, but I'm not seeing my problem. I've been following a guide I found online to do it, but as I'm doing hibernate, it seems to be leaving things like the winlogon section out, which I think is because it is maybe not used when resuming from hibernate/sleep. I have an etl file I could upload, but it's quite big. Any advice, or someone who can look at my etl file and help me out?

With Win 7 I've found Resume from hibernate is very slow. - takes several minutes to be "usable".
Wake from sleep is very fast - takes 5-10 seconds to be "usable"..

In Win 7 I use Hybrid sleep, 99.9% of the time I wake from sleep, so it's not a big deal for me ...

I was playing on an XP system recently and was surprised how fast Resume from hibernate was.
It's almost as fast as wake from sleep in Win 7 ...
