Returning to windows 7, but pc stuck at boot up in windows 10

Cannot do anything at all, the pc comes on for 1 second trying to boot and keeps repeating the process.
Want to return windows 7 had enough of windows 10.any ideas on how to get started,keeping in mind
the dvd door wont open in 1 second. tried usb samething

Didn't understand if the problem is with Win 10 installation or with an attempt to reinstall Win 7.
It can be that you have a HDD failure so you can't boot. Do you have your data backed up?

A windows booting problem that MS said have a fix for. Sorry for the confusion, meant returning to windows 7

So you want to reinstall 7 ?

What happens if you have the usb installer in and you keep tapping the boot menu key (usually F8) does it bring up the boot menu ?


Can you get into the bios ? Set it to defaults (F5) then save and exit (F10) and try again.
