It is very strange. If I right click right now anywhere it will work. When I am in any game, however, it acts very strange. The right click sometimes does not register, and other times will be inconsistent.

For example, if I have to hold down the right button for me to eat a jelly bean, it will cancel mid hold, as if I had let go. This all started happening after an episode where I accidentally messed with sticky keys.

The first thing I'd try to do is eliminate the mouse itself as being faulty. Go into control panel > mouse and reverse the button functions. If the problem goes away I'd consider getting a new mouse.

If the problem remains I'd go through the troubleshooting steps provided in this Microsoft forum thread by SpiritX.

Mouse screwing up when pressing keyboard keys.

When I am in any game, my right mouse button is messed up. If I am pressing other keys such as wsad it doesn't work or is very glitchy and stuttery. Any causes for this? This I think started to occur after I messed with sticky keys

Try disabling sticky keys.
That should be your problem, because many games use the Shift key to sprint and the Control key to crouch.

They are disabled though...

Try unplugging the mouse and re-plugging it back in.
Or, try another mouse.
