Root Enumerator problem...HELP!HELP!

hello all, i have a slight problem....when i go to "Devices and Printers" on the devices section, it has my laptop there, with a little triangle sign on the bottom right that says "needs trouble shooting"; so i did. after troubleshooting, it says that i need to download Root Enumerator, but when i try to download it, it fails. Does this have anything to do with the fact that my keyboard stops working sometimes, and only types these: []. How can i download it?!?!? PLease help!

Hi tinskullboy, It could be any number of reasons , How old is the laptop, make manf ?,When did you last clean it ?

Hi tinskullboy, It could be any number of reasons , How old is the laptop, make manf ?,When did you last clean it ?

i haven't ever cleaned it, but it quit doing it....that enumerator thing didnt solve the problem, is it really that necessary to have? it's not affecting the performance of my computer, so i have no idea....

tinskullboy , If it is'nt causing a problem you may as well forget about it , but do try cleaning the inlet and exhaust ports of your laptop, A can of compressed air blown into and around the ports will prevent dust and heat build ups and help to extend the life of your lappy

Just cleaned out my fan and my keyboard...WOW!!! at least half a truckload of dust came out of my fan, and a whole dog of hair came out of my keyboard! no more keyboard problems! Thanks!
