Running a disc repair on a ssd

Hello all.Just installed Glary utilities as suggested by a friend that is well up on computing.
My question is there is an option in the software to run a Disc Repair,Now would that be okay to run this as my computer has a SSD.
I just want to double check on this just in case of a disaster.

Those utilities can and will get you in trouble if you don't know how to use them.

To familarize yourself with the tools and methods which work best for Win7 to keep a perfect install, look over these steps for a Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 which compile everything that works best in tens of thousands of installations we've directly helped do here.
 
It seems to be a gui for windows chkdsk.

I have Ccleaner super anti spyware MSE,Would you think that would be okay or is there any other bit of software that maybe I should have?

I just told you which to use.

Uninstall Glary Utilities which can get you in trouble. It isn't in the list I gave you.
