Runtime Error

Hi
I,m new to this site,and have liitle knowledge on the workings of a computer.but hopefully someone out there can help.
When connected to the internet I sometimes loose connection and a message appears as follows.
Runtime Error
Program C:\ Program Files ( x 86)\Internet iexplore.exe
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an
unusual way.
Please contact the application's support team for more information

When i loose connection i can reconnect and it,s fine but this happens evey time I,m on the net
Can anyone help please
