safe mode help

when i try to load safe mode it loads the drives but it stays on that screen and will not enter safe mode after some mins it restarts

You are hitting F8 on boot up, correct?

it enters safe mode were it loads the core things for safe mode at that point it stays on that screen were it says loading drivers and will not enter safe mode and at the loading drivers screen after some mins it restarts

What method are you using to enter safe mode?

If you do not pick an option it will automatically start the option that is highlighted.

Not good! But the system still boots normally but with the trojan and the screen flicker.

yeah i notice nothin out of the ordinary when it boots up my computer is fast and in process explorer app there is no odd applications in process

In safe mode please run a deep complete AV scan and report if it identified and got rid of same?

hello i said i can't get into it it loads the drives and gets stuck on that screen and after a few it reboots it never makes it as far as the safe mode desktop

I've found that many of these Trojans embed themselves in the startup mode making them very tough to get out. In safe mode I've had some success but it's not a guarantee.

I hate to say this but exactly how much data do you have on your system and do you hold all the licenses for your software? I would back up all of my pictures, music and data and be ready to reinstall OS and all software after drive format. Yes it's an all day project but it's about the only way to quickly rid the system of it and return all back to a brand new computing experience......just saying

but how come i notice no processess in hijackthis process manger and comodo process list and also i have no system slowdowns at all also i am using hitman pro malware byes superantispyware spybot snd iobit malware fight
and comodo internet secuity will one of them get it as i am scanning in normal mode now

Let's hope the AV will find it and rid the system of it, otherwise the trojan could just be a tracking trojan but let's see if you can rid it and keep it rid by restarting and re-running the scan to see if it's found again. These trojans like to get buried in the boot start up and it's makes for a devil of a time to rid. I would get all important data backed up to be safe and in the end can live with this trojan or take the steps to rid it or you can format the drive and start over. It's been my experience that this is often the best and fastest way to get the drive clean again....

if it is a tracking trojan surely it will show a odd process in process explorer or in thread micro hijack this also in comodo i put heuristics to high

I would watch it and run AV frequently, if it keeps showing up it's buried and you may be forced to format and clean install.....pain in the arse but it will fix things.

ok how can i fix safe mode coz it gets stuck when it loads the drivers for safe mode it loads the drives but it is stuck on the screen with the drivers that are loaded
