safe mode help

the last drive it said is loaded is classpnp.sys but stuck there in with are the other drives in a list loaded safe mode did work before but cannot recall when also every body good news all my anti malware programs came up clean there is no threat on my computer

I don't fully understand, in safe mode it's not completing the safe mode boot to the safe mode screen? Again this could be the trojan preventing you from removing it in safe mode. It blows my minds how people so smart can use their skills to build such destructive programs. If just these people could channel their actions towards good we could likely end poverty and cure cancer BUT NO ....we have to spend/waste time dealing with this crap....unreal.

i used a total of 6 anti malware program all on full scan also the trojan that was detect earlier was a 1kb .dll file

That's interesting but why can't you get into safe mode????? I don't understand and tend to want to worry that it's being prevented by something we should be concerned of. I'm just coming up empty as to why this could be happening. I would suggest you keep a watchful eye on things and keep us in the loop if you start to get more AV or other issues.

look my the file consider to be a trojan win32 agent
VirusTotal - Free Online Virus, Malware and URL Scanner
lololo no anti virus detected as a trojan or anything iobit was wrong

Wicca I hope your machine does not have the TDL-4 rootkit or one of its variants.​

To help safeguard itself from removal, TDL-4 infects a computer's master boot record, thus allowing it to run before the operating system starts up, and keep it away from the prying eyes of anti-malware programs.

This maybe why you are unable to enter safe mode.

It will take a series of stronger removal tools than what I have been reading that you are using, such as:

• Combofix
• Hijackthis
• TDSS Rootkit removal tool
• Eset Online Scanner

But, these tools should only be used under Corrine or Jacee's supervision.
Since they are accustom to working with malware files they would be able to recognize them, and tell you which ones to delete. That way you would not be deleting valuable system files.

I would suggest to have this thread, and the other one that linnemeyerhere referred to, moved to the System Security sub-forum for more visibility.
That way Corrine or Jacee can spot it.
