Solved Safest user account strategy after clean install?

So I just clean installed 7 on my grandmother's laptop and, of course, her main account (that was created during setup) is an admin account. For everyday use, I want her to use a standard account so should I create a new admin account and then make hers a standard? Or, keep hers as admin and then create a new standard for everyday use?

Just wondering if there are any considerations for either scenario.

- Create a new one with your name with Admin rights and a password.
- Log in on the new account and change your grandmother to Standard.

Question regarding the auto login: I like this idea because this laptop is and will stay in a secure location. If there is an auto-login, how do you get to a prompt to login as the admin?

Once it auto log into your grandmother account go to - Start - shutdown button arrow - Log off - then log in on your account.

I always set up three accounts on friends' computers:
1. A "standard" account using their name.
2. An "admin" account using a variant of their name (with the same password as their standard account).
3. An "admin" account for me.

I then instruct them to use the standard account for everything. Then, if something needs administrator access (e.g. installing a program), at the prompt they select their admin account and type in their normal password.

If they get locked out of everything, I log in as me and unlock them / reset their passwords.
