Hello guys and gals......
Long story short as I'm sure no one wants to hear the dorky details. The USB with the stored syskey(start up key) file was misplaced. I however did make a backup of the file. Not entirely sure how right i did things. I just opened the USB drive and copied the file Startkey.key onto a safe location.
I now tried to copy this file to a new USB, labeling the USB A: as the usual instructions suggest but i still get the error "cannot find or read startkey...."
How can i get the copy of the Startkey.key file onto a new USB to be able to log back in? What am i doing wrong, cant i just simple copy the key file onto a new USB?
Really appreciate your help.
