SATA drivers aren't being found [help]

Hello. As of yesterday, my computer was working fine, but then I goto boot up today and it doesn't even recognize my Hard drive.
I'm running windows 7 ultimate, 64bit.
The computer won't even boot, my bios boot priorities are set as default.

Any help will do.

Could you fill out your system specs please? Otherwise it is impossible to help you properly.
