Hello. I have been using my TurtleBeach EarForce P11 headset for a long time and just yesterday, they stopped working. After a long time of looking in to it and trying to find the problem, I found out what's wrong. Please see pictures below
The audio jack is meant to be recognized on my TurtleBeach headset, not the Realtek HD audio. I don't know how to change it so that the audio jack is recognized on my turtlebeach headset. I currently get no sound through my headphones because of this. The headphones are enabled and set as my default device. I have searched around for a while trying to look for a fix to the problem and so far, nothing works. Any help would be very greatly appreciated. Thanks
