screen capture software (Mouse speed)

hi guys, im trying to find a free decent (if possible) screen capture software program with many options, mainly i want to be able to variy the mouse speed in the recording, so do something then let the computer slow it down, or let it follow the line of the click,

e.g. click on left side of screen and then click on right side of screen, but if i wiggle the mouse all over the place it doesnt record tht, it only records and makes its own mouse movement, if that makes sense.

Not really sure I understand what you want to accomplish with the whole mouse speed thing but I can tell you that I've used a lot of different screen capturing software (paid and freeware) and the two best softwares that I came across are Shotty which you can download from here And Greenshot which is found at Sourceforge.net (also at Softpedia)

The nice thing about Shotty is that it handles the aero transparency issues - perfect high resolution pics with no background showing. And both products are freeware.

I suspect you mean you want to record your screen and make a video?
Try Old Version of FastStone Capture Download - OldApps.com 5.3 is the last FREE version. I don't know for sure what you mean concerning the mouse however.

hi guys, thanks for reply,

the mouse thing, is where i go and click anywhere/everywhere in my screen, but the video makes the mouse movements, so its recording WHAT ur clicking on it rather than just simply making a copy of your desktop. so u can make a smooth simple video.

so i click on 3 items in 5 seconds, somebody watching that video might not be able to click on items that fast and want to watch it easily, so rather than me slowing my mouse movements i just let the software record the clicks and not the movement and then it complies the video it's self.

e.g.
my computer>right click>manage>device manager

but the movement of the mouse is very smooth between them as its not me moving the mouse, but the computer knows what i've done and replicates it smoothly
