How to remove Ctrl+Shift+S = screen capture

The Ctrl+Shift+S keystroke invokes a screen capture. I would like to get rid of this and use that keystroke combination for something else. I cannot find the app that owns this keyboard shortcut.

How do I get rid of it?

No help here! That key combination does NOT do a Screen Capture on my PC.
However the "Prnt Scrn" key does.

That particular key sequence has to be prescribed in the registry somewhere.

You have to find the one program that has screen capture features. Either look in Programs and Features for a likely program (such as screen recorders, Office OneNote or Evernote), or you Change Programs at Startup and reason if the conflict is issued at the StartUp sequence.

Hi Atom,

You cant get rid of or change basic MS configurations as such, its part of the core programe
However you can use the snipping tool, which does perform the same operation.
