screen goes Zigzagged

I am Windows 7 IE9....
I have no problems anywhere else
but when I am on facebook and am playing
who wants to be a millionare
or another similar game
this will happen
I have the latest adobe flash
all my updates are done.
cache is always cleaned out
latest java etc etc......
everything else is working fine

any ideas

As you system specs are not completed we do not know what graphics card you have but have you got the latest driver for whichever card you have?

Thank you . how do I see on my computer what graphics card I have.
I have never done a system specs before... so it will take me time.. as I don't understand all of this
this only happens on fb with those games

OK I saved on desktop and ran it and a screen came up with all kinds of info on my desktop

as I was on phone last month with them
and they fixed it all.. so that is correct.......

Have you got an up to date Anti Virus software loaded? Has this problem just started ? Have the games run OK before?

Yes I have an antivirus that is updated and have no problems with it
yes this has happened before
but now it is happening more often
sometimes it happens and ONLY on facebook
when I play who wants to be a millionare
and i take my wireless mouse and use the scroller on the gray bar on right hand side of screen to scroll up or down
or sometimes it happens when I just open the game to play........
my laptop otherwise runs fine
and I have no problems on anyother website or anywhere I browse
when I opened a ticket on the games
they said make sure your cache is always cleaned out
they are of no help as I told them it is always cleaned out...

You seem to have had trouble with the Graphics Card before as per your post #9. What was the problem then and is this when the present problem started?

I did not say they fixed it all
I say I sent a ticket to the facebook games. and they said to clean out cache and see that adobe flash is uptodate
and this was after I told them all is cleaned out and adobe flash is uptodate

Posting a small snip is of no help, click <y system Specs in the lower left to see how it is supposed to be.
To better help us to help you would you please add your systems specs? Here's how:SystemInfo See Your System Specs Under System Manufacturer/Model Number add whether it is a desktop or laptop and whether self built. Very important

Log in to Seven Forums and you will be able to transfer the info directly to the specs page in your profile from within the System Info app.

After doing this your specs will be available in each of your posts.
Click on My system Specs in the lower left of this post to see how it should look.
Full instructions are in the tutorial.

yes Nvidia had to fix something a while back.. but I don't know what it was.
it was from an update I did..
it was happening then too
nothing to do with Nvidia
