Lets try this, instead of posting an attachment like you did, try re-reading from step 5 onward, it

explains how to have the info added to http://www.sevenforums.com/profile.php?do=extra which

will then show up at the bottom of every one of your posts, instead of us having to go back to the

one post you put the attachment in.

Yep, look in the bottom left corner of your post, "my system specs", just click on that.

It's valuable in giving more specific suggestions to help people out, in your case, it tells us what graphics card you have in case a driver update is needed.

Among other things, it keeps people from having to ask what sort of hardware you have.

Not sure if this will help, but it certainly won't hurt to run this system file checker while you wait for other suggestions.

Start at option two, you have to run as admin, which means you have to right click and select "Run As Admin" on the command prompt.
