Screen saver (screensaver) never comes on

First, I do *not* have a wireless mouse. I read lots of posts about wireless mice preventing screensaver from coming on, but I have a wired mouse and wired keyboard.

I'm running win7 64-bit, and my screen saver never comes on. What can I try?

Never heard of a wireless mouse stopping a screensaver. If you have a L.E.D. you don't really need one, you know. Having said that.... I have one because I like it. (Matrix, lol) Have you turned it on? Simple things first. Just type screensaver in you start menu and hit enter. Choose the settings you want and it should work.

(I have a wireless mouse and my Matrix screensaver works just fine btw )

I have All (4) wireless mice and never experienced that kind of problem.

You mean I have to turn the screensaver on for it to work? Next you'll be telling me I have the plug the computer in too. Also, what's that tray thingy that slides in and out of the front of my computer? Is that a cup holder of some kind? When I put my cup on it and it slides back in, it knocks the drink all over the place.
