Screen Turns Red and Purple...

Hi again guys,

so I was playing a game (Eve Online) full screen yesterday, and noticed that when I minimized the game, the screen to the desktop, turns red and somewhat purple, which is a weird behaviour, which I haven't experienced. I don't think this is a hardware issue, because this laptop is one day new. I think it usually happens when I unplug a USB from the USB slot while the game is running full screen, but haven't really put attention towards it. Is there a fix for this at all? The three main colors for producing a picture on a computer are blue, red, and green. It sounds like you are losing the green being transmitted to the screen. I'm not sure how you would fix this issue on a laptop. It usually happens with a desktop and is usually the fault of the video cable or card. This information is basically all I can provide at the moment. If I think of something I'll let you know.

Okay thank you very much. I'll also do some research myself. If I put the laptop to sleep and wake it up, it's back to normal as well, which I figured out. Restarting also works. But it still has the same results when I start the game.
