Screenshot reveals a file is incorrect in chkdsk/ repair?

I ran chkdsk in safe mode and the screenshot reveals what came up .

Problem is when i ran chkdsk/f/r in regular mode it said no problems found , any ideas?

Thanks for your response, seems i am not getting the error anymore , i guess it worked after all.
