sd cards + write-protected + incorrectly labelled

I am running windows 7 home premium 64bit os on a desktop with amd a8-5500 apu with radeon hd graphics 3.20ghz. ram = 4gb. when attempting to write to sd cards on either the in-built card reader, or an external card reader, I receive the message "card is write-protected" even though it is not. I have tried all the solution proffered by earlier posts and none of them works. the cards are ok on other systems. anyone got any ideas ? (preferably ones that work lol)

Are these the same cards you had problems with back in Feb 2015?

Where did you get the SD card from and was their anything on the card when you got them?
