Solved Security questions

I installed Spy-bot Search & Destroy ver 2 on my PC. It really screwed it up. I couldn't find a place to undo it. I uninstalled it. I fixed some of the problems. The problem I have now is, I have a web site now that I have to answer a security question before I can put in my password. I called the site and they told me it was my spy-ware program causing it. I didn't have this problem until I ran the program. Can any of you tell me what it changed. I have reset my advance options to back to default.

Not familiar with the program so its hard to know what it changed, would system restore be an easy fix for this ?

I know that I should have, but I didn't do it. I have done so many things since, That it wont work now. But thanks for the reply.

I have that problem fixed. It was the web site. When I called back, They told me they were working on it.
