This is a brand new built from scratch Windows 7 Ultimate OS PC. The 30 day return period will expire in two days meaning it's too late to simply have it replaced by the retailer. I've been having both system freeze-ups and blue screens at random. They have come at completely random times before, but most of the time the problems happen during gaming. I'd built a list of things that could be causing all this and started checking them off, but I'm thinning the list of possible problems. My last resort would be to send the Motherboard, which I believe is the faulty part, back to the manufacturer. Please take a look at the mini dump files I am attaching as I do not know how to use them. Here's some more information should you need it.

Hello nitwp and welcome to the forums.

Two of your dump files point to Smite.exe which I'm assuming is a game. As a starting point I think it would be prudent to update your graphics card drivers to the most recent release.

That was one of the first things I did at day one. Today I got an error message for once.

The Exception Privileged Instruction
0xc0000096 occurred in the application at location 0x77d1e02d

I closed the program and immediately got a blue screen.

I'm now 99.9% positive it's a faulty motherboard. I don't know of any way to take the fan off the processor and the processor off the board. I guess I'll just have to send all three in since they're stuck together.

nitwip,
Since I've a few decades of experience behind me,
I'm not as sure the problem is the motherboard.

Can you boot into SafeMode? Yes/No.
