"Send To" menu - How - Add 'Send To a URL'

Howdy -- I check this tutorial:

And didn't see anything that gave me a hint on how to solve my problem...

I want to be able to 'Send To' a site via URL like the method discussed here:

Upload Pictures from Windows Explorer to Photobucket Directly ~ Cool Trick World

Except be able to do it from the 'Send To' menu via the URL:

ftp://username:[email protected]

So... is there a way within Windows 7, preferrably without add-on software, to accomplish this task -- send photos to Photobucket from the 'Send To' menu...

If no, is there any other way to send files to Photobucket? I didn't see any Windows app/tool on their site.

You have to have a PhotoBucket account to upload.
When you do you can click "upload" or use the Drag and Drop feature.

Are you still using Firefox? This might do what you want instead

I don't think it's possible to add urls to the send to menu.
