Okay, I just finished reinstalling Windows 7 and restoring all of my programs/documents, and so far it works perfectly ! I logged on/off each account like four times and nothing came up.
Still don't know what caused it, but its working perfectly now

That's great news. I'm happy to hear it went smoothly.
There are so many things that could cause a user account to be corrupted, it would be hard to narrow it down unless it happened just right after you did something. Sometimes you get lucky and will be able to fix this. Other times, the corruption is just to bad.
