Server Error in '/' Application

i have been receiving Server Error in '/' Application whenever i try to open Liberty Books ? Your Complete Bookstore (screenshot attached). same error occurs in both firefox and IE.. have no idea what could have caused this problem and how to solve it. <h1> need help asap

It's a problem on the server side and not in your browser. Just wait and try again later

I have tried again and again without success. I opened the same site on a different computer and it opened without any problem. i think there is some problem with my system.
