setup is starting hangs when installing win 7

os installation stucks at setup is starting.
fixboot not working.
diskpart not working
system on slowly.
one drive showing raw partition, not able to explore.
recovery not working.
plz help me.

after using diagnostic after clicking f8, windows failed to start, automatically launch repairs also stucks.

Consider what ? Step one is pretty clear on how to run the hard drive diagnostic and you are not providing enough information as to what is the issue . Did you make the cd ? did you run it? .. what did you actually do ?

Hdd Bad Sector found, How to fix?

After reading some thread, i overcome from problem after full format of my HDD.
But after inserting any data in HDD, it slows down and check disk found bad sectors.
using crstal disk s/w i found two caution:

After deleting all partition accept windows dir, it don't shows baad sector but above fig. error remains:

There is no one to solve my thread.
