PC is a Windows 7 Home Premium Packard Bell machine, I can specify more specs when asked/if needed.
I have installed and partitioned a x86 .iso driver onto a 32gb USB stick and attempted to boot up the PC using that USB since it didn't have an OS to boot up from (it has both a HDD and a CD-ROM which seems to not be able to boot anything).
The problem that I have is that when it shows the installation screen, it's constantly getting stuck at the Setup is Starting screen which doesn't continue even after 1-2 hours of waiting.
I tried running a chkdsk command using the CMD (shift + f10) however its write-protected and I am unsure how to boot up the PC using safe-mode since the options aren't always displayed + I also tried running DiskPart however it also kept getting stuck and I was unable to enter any other commands.
I have restarted numerous times + I've been trying to figure out what to do for a few days now.
Can someone help me?
